The actual OpenCL code that needs to be optimized is about 200 lines long, it is supported by about 1000 lines of C# which formats data into OpenCL buffers. This is my OpenCL code and I think it could be improved and optimized to run about 5x faster than it is running now, because I am doing redundant things (reformatting data redundantly, moving data to and from the GPU redundantly).
