Tengo un usb modem () que basicamente se usa para ponerle la tarjeta SIM del celular y llamar desde la pc con el microfono, escribir sms, lo basico, todo esto mediante una app propia del modem que se instala (se puede bajar desde aca ). Lo que necesito es crear una ".dll" (tambien puede ser otra forma) para manejar solo 3 metodos del modem mediante un entorno web(*): Crear la llamada, Terminarla y Guardar el audio.
