All logic has to compile error-free, follow Siemens best-practice block structure, use symbolic addressing, and include clear comments so I can maintain it later. I have a manufacturing assembly line that needs a solid Siemens S7-1500 program so the whole process runs reliably without constant operator tweaks. The PLC will take charge of every step on the line—from feeding parts, through each assembly station, to final transfer—maintaining sequence, interlocks, and safety signals while logging key production data for our MES.
