It’s not an easy to job to ensure that these platforms are easy for EVERYONE to use, and user experience design is the process of maintaining user satisfaction. This involves the act of optimizing the brand, utility, usability, and function of the product.
User experience designers have to take into consideration the values of a certain product, and integrate that with the user experience seamlessly. It also takes into consideration the design and aesthetics of products. The sector varies widely from one company to another, as not every company tries to deliver the same user experience. There are all countless products out there that target all sorts of demographics, have different values in mind, and this work often creates intensive research, meant to roll out the most accessible and pleasurable product possible.
User experience design can ensure that a product launch goes as intended, and that more people can access and interact with a specific product in the manner intended. The lack of user experience design can be devastating to the company, as it can damage a company’s reputation forever.
