I need an engineer experienced in designing PCB capacitive touchpad with NFC to review the current desgin I have and enhance it's performance in terms of it's sensitivity , power consumption and BOM. Please tell me about your experience with designing capacitive touchpad and battery powered PCBs. I already know what can be done for power consumption and BOM. So i will share the schematic with the successful candidate and if he tells me what can be done and improve I will award him updating the PCB files.

I have an existing program and wiring diagram that needs tweaked to get better performance out of my momentary push buttons. They need to be pressed many times before they react. I have tried to alter the bounce code, with no luck. I am looking for either a hardware of software fix for the issue.
