Convert simple Delphi source code to Visual C++ with Win32 calls

I have a small Delphi program (only a few dozen lines) that consists of: 1. a DLL written in Delphi XE5 2. an EXE written in Delphi XE5 The executable brings up a dialog box, requesting two file names and an options string and then calls the DLL with these parameters. The DLL works a bit with these strings and then calls an external executable. Real simple stuff, but I need it in C++ (Visual Studio) with the mini user interface done in straight Win32 API calls. Problem is: I am quite good at Delphi but my C++ knowledge is nearly non-existent. If you don't have Delphi, I will send a screenshot of the dialog box). For anyone with knowledge of C++, Visual Studio and straight Win32 API calls, this is a simple project.
