Write a function that extracts the visible text from Google Chrome

I need a function (C or C++ or Delphi) for Windows that extracts just the VISIBLE text of a web page shown in Google Chrome browser. Background: 1. Programming language C or C++ or Delphi 2. Microsoft Windows operating system 3. Your code must be written for 32 bits. 64 bit compatibility would be nice. 4. This function receives a HWND of a Chrome browser window. 5. From that it should determine the active tab in that Chrome browser window. 6. Then it should extract just the visible web page text (not the whole page, just what the user sees at this moment) and return that as a Unicode or UTF-8 string. 7. That string may either be the plain text or the text enriched with HTML (your choice). If the returned string contains SOME (a bit) more text than is actually visible (for example, the full paragraph of the top text on the page, even though the beginning of the paragraph is not visible), then that is acceptable. I expect the function to be called in a way similar to this: LPTSTR GetVisibleTextFromChromeWebpage(HWND hWnd); Additionally, I need a demo program (also C or C++ or Delphi) that enumerates all top-level windows in Microsoft Windows, finds the first Chrome application window, determines its HWND, calls the new function and displays the returned text string on the screen (as a messagebox or a multi-line edit control). Important: - Your code must be self-contained. It may not rely on external code such as Selenium. - Your code must be compatible with the current version of Chrome (v53 and higher). - Your code must leave the clipboard unmodified. - A text selection that flashes on the screen (even for a short moment) is not acceptable. - I shall receive the full source code, and as this is work-for-hire, the buyer (me) receives all rights and title to the code. - In your bid, give a rough outline how you plan to solve this programming task. - If you feel that such a function could only be written by also creating an add-on in Chrome and with the C/Delphi code communicating with that add-on, please put this information in your bid and include such an add-on in your calculation for the bid.
