I am looking for a freelancer to develop a landslide prediction system for a specific region in need. I have rainfall data that I would like the system to utilize as its primary input. I have other factors such as slope, elevation, aspect, soil land use, and so on arc gis map. I also have a target area for the system to focus on for the landslide prediction.
