For several years I have maintained this page of the top 100 funniest jokes. Not everyone agrees with the order. I would like to implement a way to let site visitors give each joke a rating (1-5 or 1-10) and have the page actively display the average rating number for each joke (more precisely than just in integers 1-5 -- maybe using a decimal place to elimate too many tie scores). Then I'd like to have an easy (preferably automated) way for the jokes to sort on the page from highest rating to lowest.
