What We’re Looking For: * USA based full time employee. * 30 hrs a week. * 6 hrs per day. * Answer phones calls and emails; responding to customer questions / complaints and ensure all inquiries are handled and documented on-line in a timely and professional manner. * Maintain professional etiquette and provide effective customer service when corresponding with customers phone. Work FromHome Requirements: Fully functioning desktop-computer Windows 7 Operating System or higher (IMacYosemite Operating System or higher) Reliable, hard-wired high speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download & 5 Mbps upload) VOIP Telephone will provided by us Designated home office area, clear of outside sounds or distraction Telephone headset or USB headset (no speaker-phone or ear buds) Customer Service rep will be required to work USA working hours and requires excellent command of spoken and written English. Hi there, I would like to apply for this position. I know you are looking for a US based freelancer, however I would like to try as I believe I am great fit for the job I have worked as a customer service representative for US telco and also for Macys Omni Channel, so I am highly experienced with handling US customers. I can work on US Timezone with no issue and all the requirement you mention, internet speed, noise-cancelling headset, os is Windows 10 and has my own working space free of distraction and noise. Hello! First of all congratulations on making your business very successful. I am a veteran call center agent with over 9 years of experience with a C2 Level of English Grammar and Vocabulary. I worked from the bottom as an agent and was promoted as a QA & Workforce for both Bluestem Brands(Blair, Bedford Fair & Old Pueblo Traders) and 1-800-Flowers campaign which is an inbound campaign that includes working sales, technical support, customer service, e-mails and chat support. I also took calls for Real Estate & Timeshare for 3 years and therefore I am pretty much experienced with regards to appointment setting/cold calling/B2B & B2C/Lead Generation. I'm also fast and accurate in typing and as a workforce, I'm used to sending all sorts of reports using excel which I use to do Data Entry jobs and Typing jobs. As QA I have developed my skills further, teaching agents both new and old how to handle their calls better with regards to technical support, how to handle Irate customers professionally, sales strategy and rebuttals and most importantly providing excellent customer service.
