i need help with: Get ESP8266 to read data from RX/TX mbus card

I need to make a test with read data from mbus card [url removed, login to view]

send data from mbus card to my esp8266

i need asso help read data is now "▒x▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒x▒x▒x▒xxx▒▒x▒▒▒xxx"

i have test in my computer i use TXD on M-bus card to TX on my cabel

and RXD on mbus card to RX in my cabel and i get data every 10 secdens

i need help NOW ASSP ..:)
