The board shown below incorporates 6 different DC input power connectors and at the output there are two 16 pin headers. This board is versatile because it can accept power from various power adapters. The input voltage is between 7 – 24 V DC around a maximum current of 8.0 A and the output voltage will be approximately equal to 5.1 V and the board will deliver a maximum current of 5.0 A which is on board limited. The board has at the input an EMI filter, a fuse for high current protection and an ideal diode configuration comprising a MOS-FET for back-feeding protection. There are LEDs for input and output showing the board works properly. The main switching mode power supply DC/DC converter chip is the Vishay SiC461 that accepts 4.5 V to 60 V as input voltage, and can deliver a maximum of 10.0 A, comes in a microBUCK® package.

Electronic Shelf Label Base Board Mini (Flex Version)
This is the flex version of the light version of the ESL Base Board presented below. The circuit consists of a microprocessor SOC chip from Nordic Semiconductors, NRF52810, that has BTLE5.0 (Bluetooth) capability. Also there can be found a Crypto-Authentification IC, ATECC508A, from Microchip, a NFC TAG dynamic module, DTM0806, form SAG, two RGB led interfaces and a time-of-flight sensor interface mating connector. The circuit is able to be powered from a stable power source of 12 V or can be battery powered. In the pictures below it can be observed the Assembly, Mechanical and Manufacturing drawings and the 3D view of the board.

The board shown below incorporates 6 different DC input power connectors and at the output there are two 16 pin headers. This board is versatile because it can accept power from various power adapters. The input voltage is between 7 – 24 V DC around a maximum current of 8.0 A and the output voltage will be approximately equal to 5.1 V and the board will deliver a maximum current of 5.0 A which is on board limited. The board has at the input an EMI filter, a fuse for high current protection and an ideal diode configuration comprising a MOS-FET for back-feeding protection. There are LEDs for input and output showing the board works properly. The main switching mode power supply DC/DC converter chip is the Vishay SiC461 that accepts 4.5 V to 60 V as input voltage, and can deliver a maximum of 10.0 A, comes in a microBUCK® package.

The smart handle board consists of various high speed interfaces and the corresponding circuitry. The first interfaces are two USB2 and two USB3 interfaces. Another high speed interface is the HDMI that will be used to connect the smart handle board with an LCD monitor. The board has incorporated a NFC PN7150 reader. There is a high speed CSI camera interface and a MIPI-DSI interface for a TFT display. The last two interfaces are a PCIe interface for an SSD memory and an Ethernet interface for internet connectivity.
