Calling our customers to set up appointments for us

I need some help with calling potential customers who fill out my website form. The freelancer needs to be located in Western Europe as most customer inquiries come from countries in that timezone. The calls are to 1) verify the customer filed out our form, 2) ask if the customer would like to be called by one of our representatives, and 3) ask what day/time would be most suitable for us to call back the customer. A detailed script will be provided. The calls should be made as soon as an inquiry comes in (the calls cannot be batched up and done on the weekend). The budget includes payment for the freelancer's time and phone expenses.
