I have been trying to get GeoDjango running on my Win 10 PC for a few hours but can't find the problem. Geodjango is an extension of django for use with gis data, in this case I am trying to use a PostGIS database () I uninstalled and reinstalled osgeo, gdal, ... several times in different ways. Postgis seems to be up and running, but django returns a "OSError: [WinError 126]" module not found error. Looking for someone who sets this up for me.

Hello, What I want: Get SCREENSHOTS of traffic maps from Google Maps (maps that show red, green, yellow, maroon) colors on the maps and then georeference those screenshots in GIS for raster analysis. Problem: If you open Google Traffic Maps for a city, it only shows traffic colors for major roads, when you zoom in, it shows traffic colors for smaller roads, and when you zoom very close it shows traffic details for all roads available on map. Since I need the traffic data for each and every road available, I need to get the screenshots at a very zoomed in scale. So if I take screenshots manually at a zoomed in scale it will be very time consuming and hard to geo-reference. Looking for a developer with experience in Python, QGIS (open to using other GIS toolboxes, but want a complete gis toolbox that can be used to expand functionality in the future) and ideally web app development to build an online gps visualization tool. Deliverable will include an interface for uploading .gpx or .csv tracks, an interactive map to view the track, and a database to archive tracks for future use.
