Necesito digitalizar un mapa y transformarlo en vectorial con varios polígonos según los colores. Hay 9 tipos de polígonos distintos en el mapa con un valor diferente de 1 a 9. También necesito las tablas con los valores máximos y mínimos de cada polígono y el ajuste en los limites de cada polígono. Esta información en una hoja de excel y el archivo con el mapa vectorial en formato shp. Yo trabajo en qgis.

En unidades geográficas (polígonos shp), necesito trazar puntos (coordenadas predefinidas) con una metodología estándar, y quiero que se realice una programación para que el proceso se repita en diferentes polígono, usando el mismo criterio.
