We are looking for a 24/7 Inbound Answering Service. We are looking for a virtual assistant to answer inbound internet leads within 5 minutes of the lead coming in. This virtual assistant will log into our crm system and follow 10 steps, including some of the following:
1. When the lead comes in (Text Message Client That you are working on the getting more information on (Street)(City) Name.
2. Send Lead Information on the property via portal, via email
3. Setup Client on a company drip campaign
4. Setup client for a property search with similar homes within city requested
5. Text Client To ask if we can set up a showing. (Set Up Appointment)(Use an existing Google Voice Number)
6. Set Appointment on a google calendar.

This process should take less than 4 minutes for each lead. The price that you are bidding on is for 40 leads within a month. If we go over the 40 leads, we would work out a per lead basis after the 40.
