I am in need of a dedicated Spanish-speaking virtual assistant to assist me with various tasks for at least 25 hours a week. Main Tasks: - Email management. - Managing my calendar – scheduling and rescheduling appointments. - Data entry work as required. - Making calls to suppliers. - Providing professional customer service. - Internet Research and search Potential candidates must have excellent organizational skills, be fluent in Spanish, and have great communication abilities. Experience in providing customer service and managing schedules will be beneficial. The timezone of the virtual assistant is not a concern for me, so all international candidates are encouraged to apply. The hours required for this will be from 9am to 2pm Mexico City Time. Monday Thru Friday The calls required will be processed using our own calling app with no cost for the assistant. Is very important to have a reliable internet connection. Please if possible, let us know the speed of your internet service. Will be important to know if you have experience or are familiar with specific crm, software, or any apps useful for office, tasks and clients maintenance. The payments are per week, ( 25 hours ). The hours per day, and the days per week can be adjusted, depending in the availability of the assistant. You can send us a voice sample with a short message about yourself and your main skills that can be useful for this project. Thank you
