I am looking for a remote assistant to help with customer support tasks for approximately 10-20 hours per week. You will be using Airtasker to find jobs and respond to customer inquiries: you need to genuinely take time to understand the customer requests and ask specific questions relevant to the job. You cannot get by via regurgitating ChatGPT responses in this role although an understanding of how to use prompts for LLMs is a bonus - but it has to feel natural Specific tasks that the assistant will be responsible for include: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate information - Assisting with order processing and tracking and creating calendars for workers to use and schedule. - Resolving issues with customers if they arise The ideal candidate for this role should have: - Excellent written communication skills and ideally verbal English Fluency is a must - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred In terms of location, I prefer the remote assistant to be in the same timezone or within a few hours of mine. This will ensure that there is some overlap in working hours for effective communication and collaboration.
