Job Duties : Computer/Typing skills required
Ensure the patient is top priority
Greet patients as they enter the building and assist any patients who have inquiries
Provide first person contact and face-to-face interaction with patients and vendors
Collect co-pays and payments for services
Entry of insurance cards/information
Review and obtain signatures on consent forms
Set up patient accounts with detailed accuracy
Make appointments for patients as needed
Scan documents into patient charts
Set up patient portal accounts
Issue Brilliant Distinction points
Print and fold brochures, sort and deliver mail, sign for packages
Keep the waiting room, drawers, and work area organized and clean
Work hours first shift M-F, 1 Saturday a month (7:30am-1pm)
