We need someone to assist with LOKE's Customer Service. This will involve using Zendesk each day to help our clients and end users of our mobile app get the best use of our product for their business. Our Zendesk has a fully populated knowledge-based and macros-responses for quick and easy responses. We also use Slack so you can easily communicate with our entire team to ask questions, learn more about our product & solve customer problems. Required Skills: - Experience using Zendesk, Slack and Google Apps - Strong communication abilities, including educating customers about our product - Ability to take initiate in problem-solving when end-users raise issues - A desire to actually help our customers - Organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects/priorities - Eager to learn new skills and solutions and to work independently - Ability to be professional and courteous with a strong focus on customer service - Willingness to offers news ideas and approaches to constantly improve our customer service

Hello, I graduated from Boston University USA. I have many years of customer service experience working for different clients virtually all over the world. I have decent English and communication skills. I am very flexible in my work hours. I am available as per US time zones. My IT skills are quite decent. I have latest computer with 2-3 hours battery backup in case of power failure. Then a generator for back up is also available. As for my connectivity, have 2 internet broadband connections, the best there are in the market. Thus, I can remain connected with you, for full 8 hours of the day on email and Skype, without interruptions. My personal qualities are: - Detail Oriented, as handled many sensitive contracts in past. - Trustworthy and honest. - Very Fast Learner. Thank you Best Regards

I have great experience working with knowledge bases & documentation. I do not have worked before with Zendesk, but it won't be a problem as far as I am concerned. I do not think its learning curve will be too steep. Check my profile for more details.

I would like to start by saying that although I do not have prior experience with zendesk, I am a very fast learner who would be dedicated to learning the skills necessary to operate on this platform. I have spent the majority of my professional life working in customer service, and now that I have moved over to an online platform I am hoping to continue using those skills in a digital way. I meet your requirements of what you are seeking in an employee, and believe I have superb customer service skills developed through years of working in this field. I enjoy helping customers find solutions to their problems, and I always communicate in a profession and courteous manner. I am always excited by opportunities to learn new skills, and so this project will be both interesting and informative. You mentioned you are seeking around 21 hours per week, and I am able to dedicate that much time. I am also able to work longer hours, so if needed I am always around to work.
