Put up frum

Somehow I find myself 10 days into the project up putting up 2 website templates ([login to view URL]) and yet know the reason I was not done 9 days ago is because I over complicated it. While the project itself that I am working on is very complicated, I know writing a spec for has been a little bit like sitting down to write a love letter and out comes novel. While I have owned over XX,XXX domains over the past 10 years I have done very little development. And, if the very little development I have done, it has failed 100% of the time. • When I first got into the domain business I was doing very specialized real estate lead gen in an area where 75% of the commissions are between $25 to 100k. When I first got into the domain business I chased the strategy of building large site networks of marginal quality. • When I finally realized the domain business was about type-in traffic I did my tour scanning to register ccTLD traffic domains. • After my x-wife kicked me out of that company the day she started her divorce, I started [login to view URL] where we would drop-catch domains and either park them or put up thin sites to sell links with. • I basically have concluded I am better off owning fewer high quality real websites than a stinky old trade-mark portfolio. • Websites I am working on: o [login to view URL] o [login to view URL] o [login to view URL] o [login to view URL] o [login to view URL] o NNN? o [login to view URL] o [login to view URL] ™ o [login to view URL] o [login to view URL] o [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] Since the use of forums is a major part of my strategy I concluded that I should put up a forum to get help with and find contractors. So while the rest of the projects are less clear, my first project is clear….get a forum up. I looked online and see that free, quick forum software is a dime a dozen so while I am tempted to just sign up to the first one I thought I would put it out as a project.
