Project Requirements:
• Less than 20% copyscape score.
• Create a sitemap of content written: How the content will be organized within the website navigation and which actual words should be used on the navigation (may differ from article title, etc.).
• 2-3% keyword phrase density. I will provide keyword research.
• Underline keywords that should be linked either within the site or to external sites.
• Meta tags and titles for each article.
Proposed Terms:
• A 2 day grace period will be allowed to complete the project "on time".
• Every day past the grace period that the project is late, the total payment will be reduced 3%, therefore, for every week late the payment is reduced about 20% as a penalty for being late.
• If the project is more than 1 week late, I have the option to cancel the contract and switch writers. If this were to happen, I'm allowed to purchase the already completed content on a prorated basis at a cost that is 75% of the agreed upon price if it had been completed on-time.
• One milestone payment when 50% of the project is completed.
