Help with singular issue in Unity 2D

I have an issue in Unity that I need help with. I am building an app to display customer information for our company. The app uses scroll views and Vertical/Horizontal Layout groups. I am having an issue with the instantiated items not being displayed properly. I figure that it can be fixed really easily by someone who is experienced with setting up UI, so rather than me spending hours trying to figure it out, I'd rather pay someone who can fix it in 30 minutes. We have a different app now that does the same, so I can record a video that shows you the exact functionality that I am looking for. Please be aware that I am not looking for someone to develop the entire app. I am learning to do it myself so that I can maintain the app myself in the long run.
