This individual should know written and verbal english. He/She also needs to be familiar (not an expert) with broad areas of technology including: - Computer Networking - Website Installation/Hosting - System Administration a PLUS(not required) - Search Engine Marketing/Optimization - Article Writing - Web2.0 Media - Internet Marketing We are a small company, but we are growing at a good pace. We want someone reliable, friendly and with interpersonal skills. You DON'T need to be an expert , just understand enough to be an IT project manager. It is EXTREMELY important that the individual is respectful and professional. Being professional is #1 priority. This small company is like a family, so we are looking for someone that wants to stay for the long term. Not someone that wants to make a quick buck and leave quickly for another job. We are growing and our budget is limited, but we treat our employees like family and will share our success with those employees as we grow. You will get the following: - Company Email - Company Skype Account - Some training The job of the project manager is to manage existing client accounts and projects. This job requires communication with both client and developers. The job will pay a 10% commission fee (you will know in advance) for every project. I will also pay additional bonuses for other work. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
