Create 3d mobile dungeons and PVP area

Here is exactly what I need. I am creating a MMORPG which is in development now. I need 2 PVP player areas to follow the fantasy scene of game with a capture the flag type design. I need 4 dungeons made I have alot of the scenery needed plus a dungeon pack I have downloaded. I need the 4 dungeons to be similar but different. Creativity is a plus for me. I will give you the tools that I have but I will need it to be completed. I am going for fantasy the areas should be enticing and grabbed the players imagination. I pay after work is done. Never before the goal here is to get more for my money. The listed budget is the range and as stated I am looking for the most quality for the least amount of money especially when I give you most the tools to do it.
