We are after a customer service agent to join our team (WORK FROM HOME) We are offering a fantastic customer service role within our company, we offer party hire & party supplies for sale & hire. The role will include but isn't limited to; - Answering inbound & making outbound calls - Replying to emails, social media messages & eBay messages - Deal with queries relating new bookings, inquires, payments, complaints & much more What you'll need to succeed; - Previous experience in customer service or contact centres - Must be good in English & speak clearly (Will need audio sent of your voice) - Fast and accurate worker (Attention to detail) - We require someone who can work AEST from anywhere 9am till 5pm (Sometimes would need different times to be completed) however main shift would be 10am to 1pm then 4pm to 5pm Monday to Friday - Must have a fast internet connection, working headset with noise cancellation & fast computer - Must have a quiet room to undertake the role - Able to type fast, communicate well & work within a team to follow our process

Hi, I am an experienced customer support representative I am having experience of more than 5 years. The previous company I was working in it was almost the same thing.I use to do almost the same tasks due to pandemic I am not more working for them unfortunately but looking for some long term work. I am use to assist the customer over phone, email and live chat, Also my typing speed is better because of the live chat. I belive I am having much more relevant experience which you required plus I have fast internet connection with my separate room. I am ready to join you as soon as possible. I'm ok with the timings and my I've handled similar role in the past. I'm Well-versed in handling queries via chats and phone calls especially critical queries that are time-bound. Also queries related to Donors, childsponsors resulting in retention of support. Right approach at the right time is the success formula.
