I need Thermoelectric Peltier Cooler circuit with a temperature controller and a temperature sensor. These coolers need a heatsink on the hot side otherwise they blow. I need the heatsink to be as flat as possible I basically need the cool side of the Peltier to maintain water at a specific temperature even if the water temperature goes up due to external factors. I want a price for 2 options. 1. A physical hardware controller that maintains temprature according to a temprature switch or a bluetooth controlled system via android.
