Review and Small Modification Orcad PCB Design

Need an OrCAD professional to review my .brd files for errors, and generate the Gerber files for production of the board. Currently the board has been produced for testing, but will not boot, so there must be an error with the trace or something that is causing the issue. The professional selected will need to supply boot information and instructions on how the issue was solved as the board must boot properly. Additionally, the design has an SMT vertical host USB, which will be used for a specific type of peripheral device, however I would prefer to use a SMT 5-pin header to mini-USB type cable to simplify the connectivity. So the professional selected will need to switch out the vertical host USB with the correct 5-pin header. The file will be provided to the successful professional selected. I need this completed quickly so that I can manufacture the working board. Professionals will need to review, sign, and return the attached NDA, prior to being selected or discussing the project in great detail.
