Our company is APEXS, Inc. and we are a Davis reseller of vehicle safety and monitoring products for whole Asia Pacific. Here is the situation, the device we are trying to resale are products from Davis Instruments,USA such as:(CarChip Connect, CarChip fleet pro, CarChip pro) are compatible only for a vehicle with a standard OBD2 protocol and not for vehicle with M-OBD2 protocol. Our urgent need is look for a Converter Device that will convert M-OBD2 protocol to either one of a standard protocol of your choice (ISO 9141-2, ISO 14230-4, ISO 15765-4, J1850 PWM, J1850 VPW).

Hello, I am an embedded product developer and have a good experience in protocols. I have a couple of questions on this project though. 1. This project is only for the design of hardware and software for the product, right? This does not involve supply of products from us and you will take up the manufacturing.. If you are looking for prototypes also, the cost may be more.. 2. I have not directly worked on OBD2 but has a good understanding of protocol conversion. If the data is not encrypted by I can do the conversion. Please let me know how we can work together.. Thanks Vinod
