I need a USA citizen for this project. I need to gather information on tenant eviction and rental processes in each state. I need to find out what legal documents and the grounds in which they relate to when evicting a tenant from a rental property and likewise the neccesary documentation for rental to a new tenant. Each state has it's own property laws regarding tenant eviction, therefore each state will require different documents to be served and different processes in which these are done. I need you to find out what these documents are and the step by step process in which they are served. You'll need to do online research and be calling property lawyers in each state. For each document you find me i will need the blank proforma and also you'll need to quote your source. so i should end up with a catalogue of 50 states, each section having eviction processes, eviction documents and lease agreements which are relevant to that state.
