I'm looking for an expert in machine learning, to create a system for football.
I have graduate research for master degree, our main goal in this research is to prove what is the best algorithms that give us the most accurate result for the following points,
1-what is the best squad plan for the selected teams, like Real Madrid
2-what is the best positions for the selected player, Messi
3-Expect improvement in player skills in the coming days, like expect how much the dribbling for Messi can improve
you can use the FIFA datasets(it's online and free from kaggle ) to calculate all this task
it needs to show this result in a free simple web page
