I'm looking for a software engineer to develop a unique artificial intelligence court case judgement prediction and lawyer hiring app in Flutter.
The application will be powered by Python and TensorFlow, the two most popular programming language and AI library.
We'll be hosting the application on the leading cloud platform AWS, to ensure it performs optimally and is secure.
The project requires a software engineer with significant experience working on AI projects, as the application requires a sophisticated level of customization.
Source code of the project will be our property.
There should be three panels.
Admin Panel on Web.
Admin can block or unblock any user or can modify any feedback or ratings given on any partner profile.
Admin can reply or close any support ticket raised by any users.
Admin will be able to see all downloads, all sales, all partners list, add or block any user, suspend or terminate or reinstate any user anytime.
Admin can see any sales reports by customised dates. Admin can see sales, downloads, between any two dates.
Lawyer partner panel on Mobile
(1. Lawyer will first signup by mobile number OTP verification. After lawyer will signup as Partner, then their current location will be fetched and they will be able to post their services with all facilities offered.
2. Lawyer will create their profile and list their services, price, images and videos, their bank account name, account number, IFSC code selection from API. They can even change their bank account whenever they want, for that bank account edit button should be there.
3. Whatever services are offered by any lawyers, will be displayed on user app with price, ratings given on that lawyer's profile by users with their minimum consultation charges, distance from user's location.
4. Once partner will submit these details, it will come to admin for checking, once admin will approve then these services or listings will go live. If admin will not approve then it will not go live. If admin will approve or disapprove, partner will get an email on their registered email i.d and WhatsApp number.

6. On partner panel, life time orders, sales amount, total number of orders, total number of bookings will be shown. Partner can download all the sales data, customer list in Excel file.
[login to view URL] should have the option to refund full or partial money to any buyers.
8. Partner should have the option to pause or enable their services. If they will pause their services then there services will not be shown on buyer panel, when they will enable their services then there services will be shown on buyer panel, if they want to increase or decrease their fees, there should be an option to edit charges also.
User Panel on Mobile (User will see all services and products on their panel like eCommerce apps. Users will see videos and images posted by different partners and select any of them, will see their description, feedbacks, add to cart, apply coupon and buy now then it will go to payment page.
After payment is made, users will be able to see an option to post feedback and write review on their services, they bought. Those reviews and ratings will be calculated percentage wise between 1-5 star.
User will be able to see all the services and orders in their dashboard only.
After a user will signup as customer then they will have to select that which category lawyer they need, their current location will be fetched and show it on top like it shows on cab booking app and user will see all lawyers on their pincode nearby with price, distance and rating/reviews and their selection of category of lawyer.
