Phone System / Ring Central Project Manager / Administrator

Job Description We are looking for an intelligent, sales oriented individual, with a passion for providing remote phone system administration for our ring central phone system. Job Responsibilities: • Monitor phone system missed calls, voicemail usage, call errors, routing errors, and call volume to provide active troubleshooting and feedback in ring central phone system. • Error check / bug check phone system (test calls, routing, etc) to ensure is working at all times • Setup call rules periodically as defined by general management. • Add new phone devices / extensions as needed per general management • Support users in setting up their devices on new workstations (mainly working and training IT group on how to configure local client phone system) • Provide technical support 24/7 via skype live chat + email support Will be monthly contract $20-$50 / month
