Hello, sir. I have over 5 years of video game development experience between PC, mobile and HTML5 games. I can do this job for you within a period of a month or two. I will not let you down and, assuming I read exactly what I think I did, I can do this with much ease! This is a fairly simple and straightforward project (hell, I'd accept 4000 for it). Anyone who legitimately expects over 5000 to create a website and make some educational games for it is insane. I may only have a few reviews and a few jobs done, but I can definitely do this for the cheapest price as well as a decent job on the project.
