Report and Dashboard modules - CRM

Our company is looking for developers for the implementation of a report module to insert inside a Vtiger CRM fork platform. This platform is intended to be used and configured from single merchants or group of merchants in order to manage customers profile data, products, promotional campaigns and purchases. It also lets the merchants to manage iPhone in app purchases\' feedbacks. Three account modes of platform control and permission domains are set: 1) Administrator: one account of administration is set up. It let you to create and configure Superusers and Users accounts and configure global rules on the CRM such as write and read permissions between different merchants. 2) Superuser: it represents the single merchant account or a group of merchants accounts 3) User: it represents the single store account The modules already implemented on the system are: 1) Contacts: manages all merchant\'s customers and contacts\' data 2) Products: manages all products\' data 3) Campaign: manages promotional campaigns\' data. Promotional campaigns are sent to Contacts through iPhone and Email notifications 4) Notifications: manages notifications\' data sent through the Campaign module 5) Purchases: manages purchases done through an iPhone customers\' app or iPad merchants\' app that communicate with the CRM through webservices. The Report module we need to implement will allow the users to set up and configure the reports in order to produce charts and lists from the data present on the DB linked to the VTiger fork installation which describes the Contact\'s actions on campaigns and purchases. Indeed they will display and Calculate the return of investments of each campaign to allow the merchants to monitor and evaluate every single action done on the CRM system. Some of the charts will have to be displayed in a home page dashboard configured statically from the Superuser Account. Thus this module should be developed too as part of the Report module. The type of charts and data set for configuration will be provided within a specification’s document.
