PHP/HTML Coder required for trading card site

I need an excellent PHP/HTML coder to create a website for the virtual trading card game BattleForge. ([login to view URL]) The purpose of this website is to allow users to login to an account they have, and allow them to organize their card decks, 'check off' which cards they own and easily see which ones they still need to complete the collection. I've already created a mockup / layout of the site which you can see here: [login to view URL]~paradox/bfca/ You will make it so users can register an account on the site, be able to login, create and manage their card decks, search the database for cards and sort them, and doing whatever it is you need to do to create the database of cards (I can provide all of the cards images and information, there are 200 in total.) You will get access to my FTP server and MySQL database access. If you use my mockup .html file to work from (rather than creating a likeness from scratch) I would like it if you cleaned up the html and formatting. I will provide exampls of how I want various pages to look like and we will work closely to get this finished as quickly as possible and it will be a great polished product in the end. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
