Inventory Management Tracker -- 2

Inventory Management System/Tracker. Key items it must perform: Departments use of the tracker: 1. Sales - to look up inventory only (no data entry) 2. Warehouse personal - locate inventory based on what sales requires 3. Warehouse manager - update inventory that warehouse personel pulls based on sales requirements. Inventory Tracking: 1. Cabinets - 5 colours (100 different cabyinet styles) 2. Trim - 5 plus colours (100 plus Trim styles) This will require a database that has an easy to use Form Look Up to determine counts/inventory levels along with location. This will be the focus of sales when they need to look up. Once sales look ups and confirmes an order (normally 10-20 cabinets), it will need to be saved by the customer name so Warehouse Personell can be able to print and go locate/pull the cabinets. Must have password access/protection for each departmanet. Must be able to update inventory counts: 1. Inventory-IN, receiving new inventory - should be simple & easy/fast to update through data entry. 2. Inventory Count Tracker/Updated: Once pulled, counts updated for next sales person. This will need to show/flag inventory levels. Colour Code when levels are low and need reordering. We can provide current excel sheets we are using with our inventory items and counts. We would like to start in excel or GoogleSheets allowing for ease of multiple users before moving to an online/web database? 2nd phase for this project would be scheduling tracker for shipping deliveries and assembly. We do not want a generic existing tracker but something built from the ground up to meet our specific needs.
