I used spline curves for my honours project in statistical shape analysis & had to program them in Matlab. I'm also be interested to read the paper by Delbrourgo and Gregory you mention

I am a PhD student in Applied Mathematics, in the area of numerical methods. I regularly deal with and implement polynomial interpolation methods as those you mention. I have not worked with this particular method, but I would gladly help you out implementing and documenting it.

I have had large Matlab and numerical methods experience through my master in mechanical engineering and I also have experience with other programming languages.
