Recruiting assistance in US and Australia

Looking for part-time, short-term assistance with recruiting. OK to work remotely from your home, however we must meet up in person periodically, either in San Francisco Bay Area or Sydney Australia. Therefore you would need to be within reasonable distance of one of those locations. We are an energy management software company located in the SF Bay Area and in Sydney Australia. Requirements: 1. Internet savvy, including deep familiarity with job boards, Linked-in, and Yahoo groups. 2. Ability to evaluate resumes from technical software applicants, and to understand the terminology (preferably having worked in the software industry). 3. Excellent ability to converse verbally with candidates. 5. Availability to do this work partly during US and Australian business hours, and partly after hours and weekends. 6. Excellent ability to communicate in writing. 7. College degree required. 8. Preferred candidate will have had some recruiting experience, either formally or informally. 9. Preferred candidate will have some knowledge of the energy industry. Must have at least three personal references. Please review item no. 2 above. This is very important and mandatory, and something that must be verifiable. Fees can be paid either in US dollars or Australian dollars.
