Front End Website Design (Kaplan.com Imitation)

This project requires the creation of approximately 5 web pages, modeled after the look and feel of Kaplan.com. Recognizing that the look and feel of [login to view URL] is achieved heavily through Flash, we will probably desire a similar Flash-based home page, although subsequent pages must be designed using only HTML and CSS. The pages other than the homepage will include 2 or 3 boilerplate pages (such as Contact Us, About Us) and then 2 non-trivial pages. The first of these is a page which will contain a dynamically generated list of questions. All the interactivity and programming, both front-end and back-end will be handled by us. We will maintain in a MySQL database, a list of questions, and for each question, a snippet of HTML that will properly display that question. We need this page (the question list) to be able to display these questions in an aesthetically pleasing way, consistent with the Kaplan's look and feel (and color scheme etc). More details can be discussed upon acceptance of bid. The last page is also a dynamically generated list, but it is a much simpler task because it is simply a list of hyperlinks with subheadings.
