Product Pitch Animation

We are seeking a professional, visually appealing animation (could be in Flash, or however the designer prefers) to pitch a business idea. We have already written a detailed script of how we want the animation to look (which is attached to this posting).
There will be certain creative freedom granted to the designer, for example, in terms of figuring out a nice way for the text to pop up (where the script indicates that action freezes and text appears).
