We have a csv file with about 20 columns and 100-150 rows. the data in the file needs to be split into multiple CSV files automatically, according to rows (e.g. rows 1-20 relate to S/N XXX, they need to go to [login to view URL], rows 20-50 relate to S/N ZZZZ, they need to go to [login to view URL], etc) there is a new csv file every day with new data [login to view URL] also the time and date in columns is in EST and needs to be converted into UTC. the process needs to be fully automated.

Such jobs are my daily practice. I think you overestimated the budget limits for this project, I can do it at a lower price if you repost the project with a lower budget and invite me fot it. I plan to complete the project via writing an Excel macro contained in a separate XLS file. This approach makes further use of the macro very convenient by offering usual Open file dialog to identify the current input file. Further use of macros, fixing of bugs and minor changes are included in the bid without any additional fees. Regards!

Can achieve this using VBA for a much lower rate. Very Good at Excel 2003-2010 and Excel VBA Macros. Please allow me to do it. Will ensure everything is as per your requirement.
