I have done video transcription as well, and would be happy to provide you with examples of what I have done, however, my rating and customer feedback on Freelancer would be a good indication as to what service level you can expect. As per the video that I've seen, the audio is quite clear, so I would be able to do an hour sound in roughly six hours.
