Testing of MatLab code that has been converted to Fortran (f90), using FFTW libraries, under Msys/MinGW 64 bit.

I have MatLab code that was converted to Fortran (f90). I have used FFTW libraries for my FFT replacement. However, my numerical results are not identical to what comes out of MatLab and the original f90 code, which used a much slower FFT. I am looking for someone to do some testing of my current codes, under gfortran / g++, which I have implemented under MSYS/MinGW-64 bit. I want to testing to be done under the identical set-up: FFTW installed under MSYS/MinGW-64 bit using gfortran/g++. The idea would be to test against the original MatLab code, and try to find any bugs that may have crept in during the conversion from MatLab to f90 and using FFTW. Must be able to communicate in english, and must be familiar with: MatLab, F90. FFTW experience a plus, but must have FFTW running under MSYS/MinGW-64 before accepting the project.
