Job objective: I have been working with online freelancers for 6 months now and I would love to continue to work with them. However, I would like to become a better client and make sure that I am a client that freelancers want to work with. Job description: Let me know if you are interested in sharing your thoughts and ideas with me on your experiences in working as an online freelancer. The job task is to complete a 30 minute Skype interview. You don’t need to prepare, I am only after your honest thoughts and opinions. Let me know if you are interested. I would really love to hear what you have to say so that I can learn from your experiences. In your response please include: what services you offer as a freelancer, which country you are from, how long you have been working as an online freelancer. If you don't have Skype, please offer an alternative method. There is no preparation required, this is purely a 30 minute Skype interview. If the time goes over, e.g. to 45 mins or 1 hour, it will still be paid. I’m looking forward to working with you. Kind regards, Emily

I'm actually really interested in your research. I find it fascinating that an employer does as much as conduct interviews to find out what freelancers like and don't like, as well as hear about their experience. I having been around for that long, only a month, but I'm willing to share my thoughts. Mostly, I offer translation and transcription services, but I also take up a job from time to time that I know I can complete and requires pretty much general knowledge (I actually have an interesting story or two about those).
