Answer phone calls from customers in Malaysia.
The candidate has to be native Malay speaker and enough English to communicate with Client.
Mandarin and Cantonese languages will be the plus to gain the highest payout
Most of customers are calling to cancel a mobile content subscription. So the job is about taking his phone number and add it into a list to be cancel trough specific software
Training will be provided (2 days training).
Working schedule is Monday trough Friday: From 7am to 3pm Malaysia time (GMT+8)
