I'm a Fitness Personal Trainer and I'm launching a website which will allow anyone around the world to purchase an online training program from me via my website. The website will allow them to sign up to one of my programs which will in turn create their personal account. In their account they will have access to everything they need to help them achieve their fitness goal/s. They will receive their training program with a instructional video called my workout player which will go through their workout with them so it's as if I'm right there in their lounge room giving them a Personal Training session. They will also receive a food plan with my library of cooking videos; motivational videos to help rejuvenate their mindset; a tracking graph to see how they are progressing to their goal; online community forum; webinars of need to know tips and techniques to help them with their goal; monthly email newsletters and regular email motivational notifications for things such as when they hit milestones such as when they finish the first 2 weeks of the program, the first month, second month, the final week and then a congratulations, you've done it!!! notification. I'm envisaging the potential customer base to be approximately 1,000. What I need is someone to help provide ongoing I.T support and customer support in case my customers get any website issues, glitches or errors. Also, ideally I would like this person to help me with ongoing admin such as send through the email notifications, send out my monthly newsletters and send out regular marketing material.

I am also very friendly and patient when it comes to dealing with customers over the phone. Have done numerous inbound/outbound calling projects. From selling cellular phones, offering a rate reduction in a company's monthly phone bill, selling remodeling/construction services to selling a tennant computerized system. All using ZOIPER, X-lite,Softphone, vulcan 7 dialers and Bria Also have used SKYPE to make calls.

Hi there! I am very interested in your offer and really like the idea of what you are doing. As an active person myself, I have always been a fan of these programs that get people to better their lives physically, emotionally and mentally. I have been working in customer support since 2012. Mostly in a call centre where I did sales, invoicing and technical errands over the phone. Since then I have moved out of the call centre and now work from home but still in the customer support line of work. I currently work for an online teaching company in Sweden. Its a system where school students can go in and watch 6 min videos of a specific subject/topic and then do a 15 question quiz afterwards. My job is to answer any daily questions coming in over the chat support from both students and teachers, answer emails, redirect emails and questions to the right departments (quiz-, tech-, production department) and then the admin part is everything from checking if email addresses have been registered correctly, or go into the system and check why someone can't log in etc. I am a native english speaker from South Africa, so I have studied English all throughout school and have no issue with it! I have reviewed your bid request and I am very interested in your project. I was trained overseas and have an extensive customer service record so contact me so we can discuss further or begin. I work in milestones and the "payment for time" option. If payment is by deliverables, then the milestones are 50% payment once the initial work/draft is done and the remaining can be paid if/when revisions are needed and completed.
