Professional Electronics engineer for development of PMSM AC servo drive -- 2

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced electronic engineer to join our team for an onsite position. The role involves working on the development of an AC servo drive using a TM4C1294 controller. The project has already completed the design phase and the firmware development, and successful open loop motor testing has been conducted. As an onsite electronic engineer, your primary responsibility will be to work directly at our facility, participating in the final stages of the project. You will focus on implementing the closed-loop system, which includes integrating a 19-bit absolute encoder. The PCB layout for the closed-loop system has already been designed, and progress has been made on the Field-Oriented Control (FOC) current controller. We are seeking a professional engineer who can take ownership of the onsite tasks, organize necessary resources, troubleshoot potential issues, and provide expertise to optimize and fine-tune the performance of the servo drive. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with our team onsite to gain a thorough understanding of the project requirements and milestones. Review the existing design, firmware, and PCB layout, identifying areas that require improvement or adjustment. Integrate the closed-loop system, ensuring seamless operation with the TM4C1294 controller and the 19-bit absolute encoder. Implement and refine the FOC current controller for optimal performance in the servo drive. Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of the AC servo drive, ensuring it meets the required specifications and performance benchmarks. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the development process onsite. Work closely with the team to document the project, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting steps. Provide regular progress updates to the project manager and collaborate effectively with other team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field. Strong experience in developing AC servo drive systems. Proficiency in programming and firmware development for microcontrollers, particularly using the TM4C1294 controller. Knowledge of closed-loop control systems and experience with 19-bit absolute encoders. Familiarity with Field-Oriented Control (FOC) techniques for motor control. Hands-on experience with PCB layout design and troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
