We need candidates that could handle administrative tasks and evaluation (a short .txt document), management (Advertising, SEO), as well as on-site or telephone interpretation services (when required). The position will be Customer Support Specialist. Requirements for candidates include strong attention to details, college degree, access to email and knowledge of use a device (computer or phone), basic software tools (Microsoft Office - Word & Excel). We need fast, accurate and specialized candidates, it is mandatory to pass a short trial test, that could last between 2-4 hours, with the possibility of extension to up to 24 hours, if the candidate is involved in other projects, or not available to start immediately. Please note that the job duration is for up to 1 week (approximate 2-4 hours per day). Candidates will have to manage the task handled in the trial session, till completion, therefore the listing / advertising should be online, in order to manage the task. If you have done related jobs before or if you are willing to temporary join our team, please reply to start the Interview/Trial. Also, please precise your current location and the date you are willing to start, so we can select an appropriate task for you to be completed. Payment, working hours & terms • Level I - VRBO Client Support I: £18-£23 / hour* • Level II - VRBO Client Administrator (checking and reviewing documents for accuracy and completion): £23-£38 / hour • Level III - VRBO Business Administrator (reviewing your team progress, delete unnecessary data, do necessary modifies): £38-£43 / hour • Level I - VRBO Client Support I (inserting data): 10-16 hours / week* • Level II - VRBO Client Administrator (checking and reviewing documents for accuracy and completion): 12-22 hours / week • Level III - VRBO Business Administrator (reviewing your team progress, delete unnecessary data, do necessary modifies): 12-22 hours / week *training period is considered as non-payable Responsibilities • Gathering data from one source (Google Drive) to enter into document management (databases or partner websites by case) • Checking and reviewing documents for accuracy and completion • Attaching supporting files to the document management • Searching for additional information for documents that are incomplete • Verifying, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data
