e are starting a website and we need a few customer service representatives to respond to our customer's questions promptly (in English). The person should be able to work approximately 9-17 hours in CET time zone. The schedule is quite tight, we would like to have this person available on Fri. Initially the person would get a marginal compensation for being available online, so that when a customer arrives, they will be there ready. They don’t really need to be doing anything at this time, apart from being available. For the time when they chat with a customer, the pay would be higher. Please include the following in your cover letter 1. Rates for available time and working time. 2. How would you rate yourself in English on a scale of 1 to 5? 3. DO you have any experience in photo editing? (this is not a mandatory skill) 4. How many years of experience do you have in Customer care? 5. If awarded the job, how soon can you start? I've over 7 years of experience in customer service field that also includes chatting with multipe clients in the US through clients like LogMeIN and LiveChat. I'm very proficient at replying promptly with a 117 words per minute typing speed at my arsenal. Being tech savvy, multitasking is a breeze as I can chat with around 6-10 people at the same time without a lag in response times. Notably, I've worked in chat projects for AT&T ConnecTech and AT&T Home Solutions. Nevertheless, my experience goes way past than that as I've about 8 years experience in customer service field and article writing respectively. Note: 1. While Free $2, at Work $8 2. I'd rate myself as 4 - Am an article writer so ya, my English is impeccable 3. Yes - Not very in depth but I can do basic photo editing for sure 4. Around 7+ years now 5. I can start right away

Hello Sirs! 1- rates from workload. usually its around 3-5 usd per hour But we can arrange ) 2- I study English in school and in University. I have a bit practice in real life. But most of my knowledge is self development. So I guess its 3 from 5. 3- Yes I have and I use photo editing every day. Cos one of my client is meeting site Im need retouch too much... 4- My full experience in customer service is 2 years 5- I can start asap I work a lot and my costomers is happy :) Best regards and have a nice day.
